Scanning & Cataloguing
We offer a full range of document scanning services to support your organisation’s needs, converting paper records into digital assets. We have a dedicated scanning room, with access for authorised Box-it personnel only, all of whom have undergone the necessary DBS checks.
This secure environment, in a facility equipped with the latest scanning and data capture technology, makes our service suitable for all types of digitisation, from general office documentation to confidential records.
Our service is flexible too, and can be used for most sizes of paper documentation, from till receipts to large format drawings, in black and white, greyscale or colour, single or double-sided. We can also convert microfiche/film into a digital format. We handle all sizes of scanning projects, from small ‘ad hoc’ requests to large volume scanning.
