Dedicated to Account Management, Introducing Marie Hardy
Some clients will already have met her; some will have spoken to her, but in case you are not familiar with the face, we are delighted to formally introduce Marie Hardy who recently joined our Box-it Central team in the newly created position of Business Account Executive.
Marie, who has a background in market research, has spent the last couple of months thoroughly learning the ropes about our business and is already playing a proactive role within our account management team. At Box-it Central, we understand the importance of proactive account management in achieving our goals for continual improvement.
Effective communication with our clients is pivotal to this. Marie’s responsibilities include regular contact with our clients, generating feedback (including any issues that may arise) which can be communicated to internal teams at Box-it Central ensuring that customer expectations and quality of service are met at all times. Marie will also be actively reviewing client contracts for renewal, making clients aware of the latest offers and Box-it products, as well as making general recommendations.
Marie will be dividing her time between the office near Leamington Spa, and visiting document management clients throughout Coventry and Warwickshire, Oxfordshire, Leicestershire and the West Midlands to develop stronger customer relationships.
Her background in market research, and the skills she has nurtured in specialist fields such as commercial finance, pricing and procurement are proving valuable in many business spheres, not least the world of document management.
