The importance of secure document destruction should not be under-estimated. That is why our secure shredding services in Birmingham make good business sense and help you stay compliant with the Data Protection Act. We are especially well-positioned to offer shredding services to the South of Birmingham City Centre, to businesses based in Solihull, Shirley, King’s Heath, or close to the NEC and Birmingham Airport.
We provide two types of document shredding services:
Onsite shredding Onsite shredding services in Birmingham involve our shredding lorry coming out to your offices. Your documents are then securely destroyed from your own premises. Our Box-it Central mobile shredder is about the size of a refuse lorry. It can swiftly tackle large volumes of shredding consignments and shreds in accordance with the standard recognised by the British Security Industry Association, namely BS EN 15713:2009. This service is ideal for confidential destruction and as such, is an on onsite shredding service available throughout Birmingham.
Offsite shredding Quick, convenient and secure. Our collections drivers pick up your full bags of shredding from your Birmingham business address and return it to our Warwickshire shredding facility for secure destruction. Our fleet of Box-it vehicles are fully tracked and each sack is barcoded, allowing us to trace every movement. Once destroyed, we issue you with a Certificate of Destruction which you keep for your records.
