How does it work?
Box-it Central is the Midlands branch of Box-it UK, an award-winning group of document management businesses located throughout the UK and Ireland. We provide document management services to public sector organisations and private enterprises in Banbury, Oxfordshire and operate from our secure facilities in Bishops Tachbrook just off the M40. From here, we offer industry leading solutions for document lifecycle management, and a range of services including document storage, document shredding, cataloguing and indexing, scanning, forms processing and digital hosting in our secure Omnidox Cloud. We are just 15 minutes away by car from Banbury town centre.

For many years we have been providing secure document shredding services to businesses in the Banbury area. We operate to very high standards, and implement robust security measures to make sure your shredding is conducted in the safest of environments. Our services extend to beyond Banbury town centre, and are available to businesses in neighbouring Bloxham, Hook Norton, Deddington and Middleton Cheney to name a few.
We provide two types of document shredding services:
Onsite shredding Our mobile shredding lorry can be booked for any Banbury address – we operate regularly in the area and chances are you will already have seen it parked near Banbury Cross! It is about the size of a refuse lorry so all we ask, is for adequate space to park the vehicle. All shredding is conducted onsite in Banbury from your premises and you have the added security reassurance of being able to oversee the entire shredding project.
Offsite shredding By appointment, we will collect your full sacks of obsolete paperwork and return them to our shredding depot close by in neighbouring Warwickshire. The whole process is fully tracked – sacks are barcoded and vehicles are fitted with GPS tracking systems. Our shredding facility is a highly secure site, with barrier control and 24 hr CCTV. When your shredding is completed, we issue you with a Certificate of Destruction.
