Box-It Central is an established Document Storage Service provider based near Warwick. Our clients include "Blue Chip" companies as well as a significant number of established businesses throughout Coventry, Warwickshire, Leicestershire, South Birmingham and the Thames Valley.
The company's principal service is the long-term storage of paper archives in secure and accessible locations, offering clients an efficient and cost effective solution to the problem of off site document storage.
All our stores are protected by intruder and smoke detection systems which are connected via a central control unit to the relevant emergency service. This means that in the unlikely event of an incident, the appropriate service is alerted and is in attendance with the minimum of delay, thus increasing the physical security of your documents.
We operate our own fleet of vehicles servicing our clients' requirements with their collections or return of archives, files and documents. The Proprietor owns the premises and lives that the business uses to store records and archives.
The entire Box-It organisation has achieved accreditation to BS EN ISO 9001:2000 for its quality policies and procedures. This means that each client can be certain that they will receive a consistently high level of service on each occasion that they use Box-It. We are also independently audited.
As we recognise that compliance issues sometimes extend beyond the internal boundaries of some organisations, where necessary, we are willing to submit our procedures to external audit by clients and prospective clients.
Our whole storage environment meets with the principal requirements of BS 5454:2000, the standard which covers the storage of exhibition and archival documents.
Box-It Central is a Franchise operated by Leslie Evans under licence, and is distinct from Box-It (U.K.) Limited and trades as a sole trader and has done so since it was formed in 1997.
